i lost respect for Oprah she hasn’t dealt with her own Eating Disorder but it going to get on to money exposing people on screen with theirs…People have no thought how much that is going to hinder this society. yourblackworld I’m 5 11 and I am able to some crazy dunks. Truthfully, anyone can do it, just exercises the right way. I recommend the training at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) but any exercises may possibly be used if you are sure they work
