What is George Bush talking about in Family Guy episode?
In the "Boys Do Weep" episode of family guy George Bush walks in on Meg and Chris in his Kitchen and says "Tell Javier I'll have his money in a few days" or something like that. Is he making a reference to something?

not anything point other than the fact that there are incidents in his past when he was trapped with cocaine.
