Brian tells Stewie to play Haydn, and Handel. But I do not recognize which song, I tried to appear up the answers to other concerns (dies irae, Requiem, and heart and soul) but the right song in no way comes up. Can somebody inform me what songs he plays?

*Soon after the Griffin family members loses their hair and dons 18th Century wigs, Stewie and Peter parody the scene from Amadeus everywhere Mozart mocks Antonio Salieri’s music following a disguised Salieri requests it. Music used in the scene includes Heart and Soul and Dies Irae.
*The above is all I've ever been in a position to come up with and I've researched this question prior to. The scene of course is a parody of the film "Amadeus". Additional investigation into the music employed in the show may be a direction to go in.
